Nice quality; however, the pan is nowhere near as deep as advertised. It is only 2 and 3/4 inches deep (total outside depth). Inside is only 2 1/2 inches deep.

Great pan. Very heavy. Cooks evenly. Can serve in dish and stays warm for the entire meal. Make sure you put in on a pot holder. Full of Lasagna the pan probably weighs 15ibs. Be carefully placing in on glass top stove.

I had searched for weeks for a pan of this size. I had a recipe from Guy's Big Bite that called for a pan of this size. It worked perfectly. Sure, like all cast iron it is heavy. That is one of the great things about it, for then it holds its heat for an extended period of time. I love it and have already found other uses for it.
